CT examination: Unenhanced axial scan: A giant, sharp-contoured, hypodense (fluid density) lesion is depicted (arrows). The lesion is a pancreatic pseudocyst in the omental bursa. An irregular, loculated, hypodense lesion (infarct) can be observed in the spleen.
