Chest radiograph (PA and lateral): An ovoid, well defined soft tissue mass is visible close to the right heart contour, in the anterior mediastinum.
CT examination: Contrast-enhanced axial scans: The soft tissue density mass can not be differentiated from the liver, but well differentiated from the heart. There is no contrast enhancement in this region of the mediastinum (arrows).
